Equal parts Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. Left on skins for two months before heading to oak. Vibrant acid, floral with a late grip. 20ppm SO2
50% destemmed Nebbiolo + 50% whole bunch Pinot Noir. Co-fermented and left on skins for three months. Old Oak, No filtration or fining and minimal S02.
Fruit forward, tannin warmth.
